1. Custom-Made Products
All products created by Stof Creation are handcrafted and made-to-order.
Because of the customized nature of our automotive artwork, refunds or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before the design or production process begins.
Once crafting, resin casting, painting, or finishing work has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Packaging images
- Order details
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Repair support
- Partial refund (if applicable)
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be approved under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product arrives severely damaged
- Order cannot be completed by our team
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Minor handmade variations or finishing differences
- Change of mind after production begins
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier or shipping providers
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
